We thank you for your support and hope you have a satisfying shopping journey. We promise that all quality problems of Modingo products will be allowed to be returned or exchanged.
The following are the simple steps for return and exchange:
Step 1
After you receive your items, please check them with 3 days. If you find out any quality problems, please contact customer service, customerservice@modingostore.com, and send us pictures of products with quality problems.
Quality problems mean: the product is damaged, scratched, broken, and falling off. It does not include minor problems caused during transportation, such as the bending of the ear pin: all of our ear pin materials are 925 silver, which is easy to occur during transportation slight bending problems are inevitable. If the ear needles break, we accept to return them.
Return shipping for quality problems is free!

Customer service will respond to your request within 48 hours, whether you want to refund, return, or exchange. Customer service will guide you on how to operate.
